Founded in 1952, MARLEN is the oldest of the original ostomy companies operating in North America. MARLEN’s unique products include the one-piece, disposable UltraMax™, an odor-proof and leak-proof product line with four flange options that include cut-to-fit or pre-cut in flat, shallow, or deep convexity.  The MegaMax™ line offers a larger pouch, larger flange and larger cutting surface.  MARLEN today offers the most comprehensive and innovative line of pouches and flanges available to provide the best fit for each unique stoma.
