Ingredients:
-Rice
-Ahi tuna
-Soy Sauce
-Rice vinegar
-Honey
-Sesame Oil
-Mayo
-Sriracha
-Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetables of choice
Directions:
1. Start by cooking the rice.
2. Marinate the tuna: Using a very sharp knife, cut the ahi tuna into bite-size pieces. In a bowl, stir with soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey and sesame oil. Cover and let sit.
3. Make the spicy mayo: Add mayo, sriracha, salt, pepper and a packet of FiberCel and mix.
4. Assemble your bowl: Spoon cooked rice into a bowl. Serve marinated tuna over rice bed and add your vegetables of choice on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Garnish with spicy mayo. Your poke bowl is ready!
