Ingredients (2 Servings):
- 1 cup old-fashioned, rolled oats
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cups of water or milk (or milk substitute)
- 1-2 Scoops of FiberCel®
- Toppings: Bananas, Strawberries and Nuts (can vary on personal preference)
Directions:
1. Combine water or milk (or milk substitute) and salt in a small saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil. Stir in oats and reduce heat to medium; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
3. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Add FiberCel® and mix it, and top with nuts, bananas and strawberries🍓
