LiquaCel® Recipe - Hot Chocolate Mocha


  • LiquaCel® Unflavoured
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 cup hot coffee
  • ¼ cup milk (milk substitute of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • Whipped cream (optional)


In a small pot, stir together sugar, cocoa powder and water. Heat and stir until sugar and cocoa powder dissolve and is smooth. Stir in coffee and milk and continue to heat until steaming. Mix thoroughly until foamy. Pour into cup, top with whipped cream and enjoy!
